Q&A
Q: I placed an order for store collection, when can I collect?
A: Example, if you placed an order on Wed 2pm, then your order will be ready to collect on next week Mon, 5:30-8pm or 12-2pm/5:30-8pm the following Tuesday onward.

Q: I want to add or delete items for my order.
A: Simply email us with your additions/deletions and we will adjust the order and send out a revised invoice.
Q: I want to change collection/delivery details.
A: Sorry due to system limitations, we can not cleanly change the collection delivery for your order. If you let us know immediately, we can refund your order and you can start again for best results. If the change is urgent, contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Q: I might not be home to be able to take the delivery in person.
A: Due to the item being potentially hazardous food requiring refrigeration, we do not usually leave your parcel unattended. Please prepare either of the following 1) Place a large esky for our driver to place the homepack in. 2) Ask someone in your house to receive the parcel for you, 3) (Prior to the cut off) Provide another alternative Brisbane City Council address where someone can receive the parcel for you.
Should you not make any of these avenues for our driver, we will either leave the parcel in a safe place or bring back to our shop for you to collect within 3 days.
